Museum of South Texas History

Museum Exhibit or ProgramTHe Museom of South Texas History is dedicated to preserving and presenting the borderland heritage of South Texas and Northeaster Mexico. The Museum contains exhibitions on prehistoric plants and animal fossils, native people and European colonization, and a steamboat replica exhibit among other fascinating things. It also has other exhibitions featuring the Rio Grande Legacy, River Crossroads, Old Jail, Marie Sergeant Alfredo 'Freddy' Gonzalez, among others.
